Casey Hoyt brings over 25 years of construction experience, having progressed from a skilled craftsman to a technical expert. He offers strategic and cross-functional leadership on construction projects and is recognized for excellence in project execution, deep knowledge of construction methodologies, and effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams on large-scale developments. Casey is known for delivering complex projects, optimizing workflows, and upholding high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Prior to joining J.S. Held, Casey managed over $2 billion in construction projects. He most recently served as Owner’s Representative for a Chemical Cathode Manufacturing Facility and previously as Superintendent for Clark Construction Group, one of the nation’s top general contractors. In these roles, he led and planned field operations to ensure successful project delivery.

At J.S. Held, Casey specializes in builder’s risk claims management, leveraging his extensive multi-disciplinary technical expertise to support clients and projects nationwide.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle.
