He has participated in assessing catastrophes brought on by water, fire, flood, hurricanes, tornados, wind, and hail. As a construction consultant, Carter has been actively engaged in a wide range of domestic assignments, specializing in fire and water damage in extensive commercial and residential undertakings. Additionally, he became an expert in project/site monitoring, which includes creating scopes of work, analyzing project costs, and keeping daily logs of labor and equipment use.
