Carlos is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in design and construction management of infrastructure projects worldwide. He has performed functions of construction director and project manager in building, civil infrastructure and transit projects.
Carlos has experience in risk analysis and the development of mitigation plans. Proficient in budget management, cost control, estimation, project planning, and contract administration, Carlos has participated in the preparation and management of claims, both to subcontractors and project owners, in relation to technical modifications, disruption and acceleration of work and has prepared the justification for schedule delays.
