Brien Harper is an accomplished estimator, project manager, and owner’s representative with nearly 30 years of experience in the heavy highway industry and working on vertical projects. Brien’s involvement in all levels of the construction process makes him a uniquely qualified project lead and managerial assistant. His accomplishments include building storm and sanitary sewers, installing water mains, laying asphalt, pouring concrete, and constructing structures and bridges. In addition, he has acted as a liaison with architects and designers, conducted contractor negotiations, and completed budget/financial audits. Brien possesses a strong knowledge of on-site project monitoring, bidding on difficult projects, negotiating change orders, and building strong relationships with municipalities, sureties, and business owners.
Brien has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including those for schools, apartment complexes, high-rise buildings, utility-scale solar, heavy highways, highway maintenance, and municipality projects.
