Brian Lease has worked in the construction and restoration industry for three decades. Brian is a disaster recovery expert in mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction, specializing in complex project evaluation, estimating, and claims cost analysis.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Brian Lease worked for a global restoration contractor, gaining valuable firsthand experience in emergency services, mobilization and site logistics, mitigation, estimating, and project management. This experience allowed Brian to examine and opine on diverse and complex claims. Brian’s creativity and expertise have given him great critical thinking skills, benefiting both J.S. Held and our clients.
Brian Lease performs project evaluations, estimates, appraisals, and claims cost analyses. He has extensive involvement in major loss assignments throughout the United States. He has consulted on complex claims, including buildings and facilities in government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multi-family, marinas, manufacturing, religious, and educational institutions.
