Brian Fell is a freshman in the Property Loss and Building Consulting industry. Before joining J.S. Held, Brian served in the Air Force reserves in multiple roles from Headquarters, Security Forces, and Non-Destructive Testing (inspection in USAF), was an active-duty ground combat instructor (USAF), and was an active-duty Marine.
With J.S. Held, Brain conducts field inspections and necessary site visits on current projects, prepares damage assessments and preliminary budgets, evaluates restoration measures, develops the scope of repairs, and prepares estimates utilizing multiple estimating platforms.
