Brent provides strategy, valuation, and transaction advisory assistance to public and private companies in a wide range of industries by applying his knowledge to financial statement analysis, market research, and consultation to develop complex models for our clients. These can then be used to provide financial insight and guidance for M&A, litigation support, and financial strategies.
Brent’s valuation experience includes many engagements with the valuation of intangible assets including patented and unpatented technology, brands, software, data, and other intellectual property assets.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Brent held roles in intellectual property valuation and financial services. Additionally, he graduated with Honors from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
