Brent Taylor is a former General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and federal securities regulator with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Brent served as a Senior Advisor and Consultant to the Compliance department at Charles Schwab and Co. His previous roles included Global Head of Compliance at JPMorgan Chase, Global General Counsel for asset and wealth management at JPMorgan Chase, Senior Deputy General Counsel at UBS Wealth Management, and acting General Counsel for the Americas at UBS. He has served as a trusted advisor to senior management in these roles and possesses expert knowledge of securities laws and regulations applicable to financial services companies. Previously, he served as Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the SEC and Deputy Chief of the SEC’s Office of International Corporate Finance.

Brent received his Juris Doctor (JD) from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Brown University. Providence, RI.
