Brandon Spears is an Assistant Vice President with extensive experience in large-loss commercial and residential project management and contracting. As a project manager, he has managed and clerked vertical construction and surety takeover projects with budgets exceeding $20,000,000. As a consultant, he has overseen, evaluated, and estimated hundreds of losses related to hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, etc. His experience in large loss claims and distressed projects is extensive.
Brandon brings with him a strong knowledge of construction means and methods. Brandon has been involved in every aspect of large commercial projects, along with residential construction and remodeling. Brandon brings a unique perspective as someone who has seen the industry from both the contractor's and subcontractor’s points of view.
