Brandon is a licensed Professional Engineer with over eight years of experience in structural analysis and design. Brandon provides residential and commercial site investigations to determine the cause and origin of structural and utility failures, damages, or defects. He investigates and assesses damages due to catastrophes such as windstorm damage, hail damage, hurricanes, floods, and sinkholes. He prepares detailed reports outlining the cause and origin of the damages for the clients.
Brandon conducts cause and origin, damage assessment, and scope and pricing investigations on residential, commercial, and industrial structures. He has experience inspecting claims related to various losses, including, but not limited to, wind, fire, water losses, sewer backups, vehicle impacts, and construction defects.
Brandon obtained a Master of Science degree from Florida International University in 2008. His research centered around the evaluation of the Cazaly hanger. In 2014, he graduated with a Ph.D. from Florida International University. His research centered around the design and development of a novel roofing system. There were two technical papers published in American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE) journals that presented the project. In addition, he carried out various research projects pertaining to structural materials and systems. Brandon continues to adjunct teach at Florida International University.
