Additional expertise includes code compliance and design upgrades to meet the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), Leadership in Energy, and Environmental Design (LEED) projects and requirements. Mr. Hamilton is also an expert in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and electrical code compliance and violations.
Bradley Hamilton’s vast electrical expertise is utilized by overseeing any loss which involves any aspect of electrical estimating. Mr. Hamilton is also responsible for projects which include layouts of electrical systems, material quantity take-offs, provided cost analysis, value engineering and design-build estimates, electrical systems and components, provides inspections reports, estimates for the cost of repairs, and uses his expertise to make recommendations for next steps.
Mr. Hamilton also routinely makes site inspections, provides reports of his findings, generates budget costs for any scope of repairs, provides contractor proposal review and cost analysis, develops project scope, and ensures that contractor’s proposals are in line per scope of project requirements.
