Bill Mello has over 45 years of construction, estimating, and consulting experience in multiple positions, building types, and classes. As a sole proprietor, Bill provided building estimating, consulting, and negotiating for several adjusting firms on projects ranging up to $16M. In that role, he also consulted on antique/historic buildings, churches, and schools; large-scale insurable replacement values appraisals; provided consulting for engineers on wood frame building materials and methods; provided construction project management and site supervision; and appraisal services. He is a current woodworker and former carpenter.
