She is an administrative and operations leader with over 20 years of experience supporting executive leadership in complex legal and professional services environments, overseeing administrative functions, coordinating staff, and managing day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, she oversaw firm operations and administrative infrastructure, providing executive and partner-level support while managing organizational workflows and case administration. Her role also included staff supervision and coordination, legal billing and administrative compliance, and high-volume case management. She also supports litigation processes by managing court scheduling, deadlines, and expert witness reporting, including forensic accounting matters. In addition, she served as a key liaison among clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders and led firm events, marketing initiatives, and professional engagements.
