Betsy leads the corporate business development (BD) function at J.S. Held focused on strategic accounts and bridging operations with practice-based BD Professionals. She is also a core member of the firm's overall integration team responsible for all facets of BD integration.

Betsy works cross-functionally with leaders in operations and corporate functions to design and execute on initiatives that form the firm's growth strategy, including account based management, data governance, CRM selection and development, and the establishment of enterprise sales processes and best practices.

Betsy has more than 20 years of management experience within sales driven organizations. She has been successful in relationship sales, sales management training, and organizational development. She has experience building team and operational processes that align with business strategy, brand/marketing strategy, and sales goals.

Betsy holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Education and a Masters of Human Resource Development from Clemson University.
