Prior to joining J.S. Held, Betsy worked in venture capital at a real estate technology startup and led the development and implementation of United Airlines' biometrics program, collaborating closely with government agencies and technology providers. Betsy began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Transactions Advisory Group, where she assessed mergers and acquisition targets for multinational corporations and private equity firms.
In September 2026, Betsy was recognized by ABF Journal as a "Trailblazer" in its Leading Women in Specialty Finance for delivering exceptional client results and helping shape the specialty finance industry.
