Dr. Baylor Steele is a toxicologist with expertise in evaluating the potential human health and ecological effects associated with exposure to various chemicals, including pesticides, industrial compounds, metals, and pharmaceuticals. He has training and experience in conducting risk assessments, performing cancer and non-cancer hazard evaluations, preparing product safety assessments, and performing chemical exposure assessments. During his professional career, Dr. Steele has provided toxicology and risk assessment support for environmental remediation, product registration, regulatory rulings, and contaminated land investigation.

Dr. Steele is involved in technical project management at J.S. Held where he serves as a subject matter expert on projects involving toxicology, risk assessment, or safety.
