Ayman Dabbas is an experienced Engineer specializing in structural forensic engineering with a broad technical background in engineering and construction. With over 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Dabbas provides consulting and expert services for multi-story low- and high-rise commercial, residential, mixed-use occupancy buildings and hospitals. He has been retained as an expert in over 300 North American structural design matters. Mr. Dabbas also investigated various structures, including bridges with structural and building science failures due to fires, impacts, deterioration, and/or error and omission. He has led the remediation, repair, rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction of damaged structures to meet their intended use. He has also led code upgrades to comply with all applicable local codes and standards.
Ayman is involved in various projects, utilizing his years of professional experience in quality assurance, structural design and review, hazard mitigation, and project management. He has been extensively involved in numerous major loss assignments throughout Canada and provides consultation for litigation, project management, and onsite project monitoring.
