As a building consultant, he has been involved in scope development and project cost analysis, incorporating emerging inspection technologies like HoloBuilder for detailed project reporting.
Before joining J.S. Held, Aram was a roofer for H. Devries Home Improvements and served in the Army National Guard. As a Consultant, he leverages his construction background to provide property loss and mitigation estimating and on-site project monitoring.
