With over 20 years of experience, Antonio Rega provides expert consulting, advisory, and subject matter expertise to global corporations and law firms in digital forensics, data governance, privacy, security, emerging technology, and discovery. He leads complex investigations, leveraging his proactive and reactive discovery and analysis expertise. He conducts in-depth examinations of electronically stored information (ESI) across various repositories, including cloud, local devices, web, and mobile. His advisory services span the entire investigation and litigation lifecycle, including proactive compliance and regulatory assessments, responses to government subpoenas, subject matter expertise, and advisory services, as well as helping clients navigate the complexities of investigations and litigation.
Before joining J.S. Held, Antonio held key roles within FTI's Technology practice, leading complex investigations and compliance matters. He also worked at Ankura, where he spearheaded the digital forensics practice, expanding its forensic and analytical capabilities. He also served as a director in PwC's Forensics & eDiscovery practice.
Antonio has guest lectured at Fordham and Cardozo Law Schools on forensic and emerging technology topics and has contributed to the American Bar Association (ABA) as a content editor. He also participates in influential industry groups, including the Sedona Conference Trade Secrets Working Group 12, AI and the Law Working Group 13, and the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN).
Antonio is a leader within J.S. Held's Global Investigations practice, focusing on emerging technology such as crypto investigations, ephemeral message recovery, and AI Governance. He also provides subject matter expertise and consulting services in various investigations, digital forensics, and regulatory compliance matters involving reporting to government agencies.
