Anna has participated in, completed, or led over 1,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, more than 100 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and 20+ Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Plans. She also brings nearly 20 years of experience in asbestos building inspections and management planning, along with 10 years of experience in meeting NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) reporting requirements.
Anna performs Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations. She is extensively involved in commercial due diligence, environmental assessments, and regulatory-driven environmental reporting. Anna has also consulted on numerous asbestos inspection and management planning investigations.
