Andrew T. Englehart, Esq., has analyzed over 820 complex cost and schedule claims totaling almost $850,000,000. He has been admitted to testify over 60 times on the subjects of construction cost control and accounting; construction scope, labor productivity and extended period of performance and related damages; construction coordination and scheduling processes and products; construction time and schedule impact analysis; construction impact causation analysis; construction company financial management; and capital improvement project management.

Andrew has experience working for construction managers, general contractors, and self-performing contractors. He started at the field engineering level and worked through project engineer, project management, project executive, and regional manager roles, culminating in being vice president of construction management. He is actively responsible for estimating and procuring projects, corporate risk management, and profit and loss.

Andrew was admitted to the State of Ohio Bar in 1994 and is an active member of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati in the Construction Science Department, instructing “Project Costing and Cost Control” and “Construction Finance.” He has spoken and provided training on many topics regarding construction scheduling, cost, claims analysis, and project management and has published numerous articles regarding construction contracts, risk management, and strategic planning for contractors.
