Amanda McConaha is a fine art appraiser and Certified Appraisers Association of America member. She specializes in Post-War, Contemporary, and Emerging Fine Art. She also holds an Accredited designation from the Appraisers Association of America in California and Western Fine Art, as well as an Accredited designation in Impressionist and Modern Fine Art. Amanda has been an active professional in the art world for nearly two decades.
Her professional roles include Director of Acquisitions and Head Curator for a prominent gallery. She has also acted as a studio manager and liaison for contemporary artists. She has performed thousands of appraisals for many purposes, including inventory appraisals for insurance schedules, collateral loan appraisals, artist estate appraisals, diminution in value appraisals, estate tax appraisals, and donation appraisals. Amanda has forged relationships with blue-chip galleries and institutions and is USPAP compliant.
