Amalie Wilson graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, earning a BS in Chemical Engineering. Since joining J.S. Held, she has assisted on some of the largest renewable energy claims that have occurred in the insurance industry, primarily utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects totaling more than 3 gigawatts and wind turbine generators (WTG) projects totaling more than 400 megawatts. Amalie has a passion for problem-solving and is motivated by the wealth of opportunities presented by our rapidly growing renewable energy market.
Amalie is a Consultant for the Renewable Energy team at J.S. Held. She has been involved in cost estimating, damage assessment, onsite project monitoring, and claim analysis on renewable energy claims, including property damage and builder’s risk. Since joining J.S. Held, she has been involved in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States.
