Allen has been involved with the construction and management of commercial, industrial, and public works projects, including government buildings, schools and universities, healthcare facilities, military facilities, water and sewer treatment plants, underground utilities, and sports arenas. Allen has managed construction projects; prepared and analyzed construction claims; performed evaluations of contractor work programs, management, and methodologies; performed surety evaluations for work in progress, cost-to-complete analysis, subcontractor ratifications, and completion and takeover agreements; and, provided consulting services to investigate and analyze property claims for the insurance industry. Allen possesses the ability and expertise necessary to provide Sureties, insurance companies, and attorneys with strategic information for their use in resolving claims, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and judicial hearings.
