Alexander C. Tartter is an accomplished construction manager and consultant with more than 15 years of experience. Alexander specializes in large loss, construction estimating, construction cost overrun evaluations, change order/change of scope analysis, and construction defect claims. He has first-hand experience in construction project management and dispute resolution on complex construction and property loss litigation.
Alexander’s expertise spans multiple major market sectors including industrial, municipal, utilities, high-rise residential, commercial, manufacturing, hotel, retail, entertainment, education, government, healthcare, and builder’s risk. He specializes in large and complex claims over a variety of industries.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Alexander was Senior Project Manager for Mack-Cali (Belle Associates).
