Adrian has experience in forensic quantum and schedule analysis. He also has experience applying delay to Delay in Startup (DSU) and business interruption (BI) insurance policies.
Adrian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has extensive dispute resolution experience investigating and analyzing quantum and delays on complex engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects worldwide. He uses his expertise to prepare or defend claims for additional time and money for owners, contractors, and subcontractors under construction contracts.
Adrian is an Adjudicator and sits on the panel of several Adjudicator Nominating Bodies in the UK.
Adrian has worked on claims across numerous industries and has experience in the heavy lifting, offshore, transportation, engineering, civils, and construction sectors.
Adrian is engaged in the builder’s risk division and specializes in evaluating claims under CAR / EAR and operational insurance policies. He is also an expert in delay and quantum analysis.
