He has provided expert forensic reports on damage caused by fire, explosions, lightning, floods, construction defects, and hurricanes for power plants, large power substations, solar fields, wind turbine farms, schools, hotels, resorts, shopping malls, and university buildings. He has provided expert litigation support to law firms on large losses involving scope disputes and potential class action lawsuits. He has supported or managed teams in the investigation of solving problems and rehabilitation of luxury apartment residences. His experience includes on-site construction supervision and forensic investigations to provide expert reports for attorney evidence use.
Mr. Lebena provides electrical system assessment and cause and origin investigations for damage caused by fire, explosions, lightning, floods, construction defects, and hurricanes. He also provides electrical estimating analysis on the demolition of damaged components and the replacement of like-kind equipment.
