Adrian Glavan joined J.S. Held in November of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Frostbyte Consulting.

Adrian has worked for over seven years in the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality System (EHS&Q) consulting realm, serving clients in the oil and gas, construction, aviation, manufacturing, mining, and energy sectors. He has extensive experience in Intelex’s Health and Safety Management platform, having worked on projects for over 20 clients.

In the field of Environmental Management Systems, Adrian has excelled in maintaining, developing, and configuring the OpsInfo sustainability suite, with a focus on Air Emissions and Regulatory Compliance. He then applied his in-depth knowledge of emissions reporting to Intelex’s ESG applications.

Adrian is responsible for leading workshop discovery sessions, eliciting and gathering business requirements; analyzing requirements and building technical design documents, mapping and documenting final solutions for application configurations (user manuals, workflow diagrams, notification, and security matrices); providing training for super users (often on location); performing architecture review and proposing solutions to increase consistency and stability; and developing reports, scorecards and dashboards for the Business Intelligence needs of the clients.
