Aditya Dhand is currently a Managing Director for J.S. Held India Private Limited. He is a veteran of the Indian Navy and a former Amazon employee, with expertise spanning many areas, including business intelligence, investigations, risk mitigation, and operations.
Aditya has completed numerous projects in risk assessment and mitigation, fraud detection, and market entry strategy. He specializes in conducting complex investigative assignments involving due diligence, white-collar crimes, forensic audits, business continuity risk management, and asset tracing. He has assisted clients such as global private equity funds, asset management firms, and law firms on matters in India, UAE, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Aditya is also an expert in geopolitical risk analysis, having served in the Indian Navy and operated in international hotspots such as the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea. He was responsible for gathering intelligence and analyzing strategies to mitigate maritime and aviation assets risks while ensuring mission completion. Aditya is also a trained aviation accident investigator who has led investigations, calculated economic damages, and assessed life, property, and liability losses.
Prior to his tenure at J.S. Held, Aditya played a pivotal role in launching and managing new projects at Amazon India, including the launch of Amazon’s largest site and the execution of a COVID-19 vaccination program for 350,000 Amazon India employees and vendors.
Aditya is responsible for driving the growth and management of J.S. Held’s operations in India, covering business development, project management, and all aspects of client outreach and coordination for India's practice.
