Adam Norman brings nearly 20 years of experience in the independent adjusting space. He has an extensive background in both operations and service delivery, as well as business development and account management.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Adam previously held multiple roles at two of the largest independent adjusting firms. Starting as an adjuster and ultimately becoming VP of US Operations. More recently, he spent the last 5 years in various Business Development roles.
Throughout his career, Adam has built and strengthened relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and risk managers. He leverages significant operational experience and insights with an ability to identify any clients’ problems to provide highly customized solutions.
Adam’s outstanding reputation, solid industry relationships, and steadfast commitment ensure that our clients receive superior deliverables in the commercial and residential markets.
Adam graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Adam also earned an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps.
