Aaron began his career as an intern engineer at Messer Construction with responsibility for project cost estimating, contractor coordination, and construction surveying. He continued his career as an estimator for a construction materials supplier with responsibility for coordinating material (procurement), including project scoping for low to high end residential houses, schools, office buildings, dormitories, post frame buildings, and shelters.
With J.S. Held, Aaron provides project cost estimating, constructability reviews, project monitoring, cost control and management, project scheduling, and project closeout and commissioning.
