Aaron Malatesta has over fifteen years of engineering experience including project management, structural engineering, and structural investigation for buildings, bridges, and other structures. He specializes in advanced methodologies for structural analysis, seismic risk assessment, and the application of high-performance technologies. He excels in developing efficient retrofit and repair solutions, as well as field investigations to assess potential hazards. He actively contributes to the development of governing standards for the seismic design of new and existing structures, multi-hazard risk assessments, and structural condition assessments.

Mr. Malatesta acts as a project manager for our seismic engineering group and leads our specialty seismic services for advanced structural engineering analysis and seismic risk assessment.
