Joan is a designer and Senior Consultant in J.S. Held's Forensic Architecture practice with a diverse international portfolio.

Joan has over 10 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural practices in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. Joan is experienced in all stages of the construction process, from obtaining planning permissions, authority clearances, procurement, tender, construction, and handover in Singapore. She has administered construction contracts on Government procured, and Design & Build projects in Singapore.

Joan assists our team of expert architects and forensic architects in research, analysis of technical design and specifications, and site investigations, in large scale construction disputes in the UK and overseas.
