J.S. Held LLC, its affiliates, and subsidiaries (hereinafter known as “J.S. Held”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) recognizes the importance of partnering with Third-Party Recruiters. We believe our continued success relies on our ability to attract top talent and respect the time and energy it takes to source qualified and interested candidates.
J.S. Held has an extensive bench of highly qualified talent acquisition resources in the United States and other jurisdictions globally. We employ the same resources and tools and have access to the same databases as external resources. We strongly encourage you to contact our internal Talent Acquisition Team before engaging outside resources so that we can meet your needs without additional and often unnecessary expense. There may be instances where it may be appropriate to use outside recruitment resources which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
This Third-Party Recruiting Policy (this “Policy”) is designed to provide guidance to both Third-Party Recruiters and internal Personnel who wish to engage candidates on behalf of J.S. Held.
This Policy applies to all Third-Party Recruiters and all current J.S. Held employees (full-time, part-time, temporary) and independent contractors (collectively, “Personnel”).
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice and will post the updated version and its effective date on J.S. Held’s website at jsheld.com.
Our Third-Party Recruiters must work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, staff and hiring managers and must abide by our policies and all legal agreements.
All fees incurred by utilizing Third-Party Recruiters will be charged back to the Practice, Division or Corporate function that has engaged the Third-Party Recruiter.
Any Third-Party Recruiters found to have violated this Policy will be subject to ineligibility for placement fees upon a successful hire.
Any J.S. Held Personnel who are found to have violated this Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
The Owner for this Policy is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations. The Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations is responsible for reviewing and updating this Policy on an annual basis.
