John F. Peiserich is an Executive Vice President and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Practice Lead for J.S. Held. With over 30 years of experience, John delivers consulting and expert services for heavy industry and law firms throughout the country with a focus on oil & gas, energy, and public utilities. He has extensive experience evaluating risk associated with potential and ongoing compliance obligations, developing strategies around those obligations, and working to implement a client-focused compliance strategy. He has appointments as an Independent Monitor through the EPA’s Suspension and Debarment Program. John advises clients in a forward-facing role for rulemaking and legislative issues involving energy, environmental, oil & gas, and related issues.

Andrea Korney is Vice President of Sustainability for J.S. Held’s ESG & EHS Digital Solutions group. Throughout her career, Andrea has demonstrated her passion for inclusive stakeholder relations in the mining and energy sectors, focusing on reducing barriers and creating opportunities for diverse employees, business owners, and industry partners through policy and regulation influence, workforce development, and sustainability outreach. Andrea’s 25+ years of experience in energy and metals extraction includes longstanding roles in oil & gas, power generation, and mining across North America and Russia. Her focus in these roles has included HR, corporate services, global supply chain and logistics, stakeholder relations, Native American relations, and government affairs.

Steven Andersen is a Senior Vice President in J.S. Held’s EHS practice. Steven has spent over 17 years in the EHS industry, with specialized experience in air emissions management systems, information management systems, and data integration. Steven delivers ESG and EHS advisory and information systems globally across all industry sectors. He commonly fills the role of sponsor on large scale implementation projects, consults on ESG strategy and data management, and has performed the role of solution architect on many air emissions system implementations.
