Our Integration Process, Services, and Project Management

Our experts assist in integrating business units, identifying operational efficiencies, determining best practices within a facility to minimize disruption, and developing new processes and standards to facilitate an efficient transition to stable operations. When engaged prior to a transaction, we help clients evaluate the target’s stand-alone and pro-forma financial and operational projections. Thereafter, we identify synergies and develop a practical implementation plan that considers the realities of the portfolio company’s business.

In cases where integration has already failed to meet expectations, we focus on addressing the underlying causes of the disconnect to return the integration effort to a path of success.

Depending on a client’s needs, we can serve as an overall project manager, lead individual initiatives, or serve in an implementation leadership role. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Services
