Wayne Hess has more than 40 years of industry experience and an extensive commercial and residential construction and claims management background. He was groomed for the construction industry as his father owned a general contracting firm for over 60 years. He brings expertise in large-scale losses and project management on an international basis.
Wayne is also highly experienced in the Insurance industry in the role as a Senior adjuster with claims in Builder’s Risk, Business Interruption, Industrial Facilities, Retail, Multi-family Dwellings, Construction Defect, Heavy Equipment, Origin & Cause Investigations, Wind and Hail Damage, Hospitality, Subrogation and Recovery, Accident Scene Reconstruction, Agriculture and Farming, Food Service and Restaurants, Power and Energy, Boiler & Machinery, General Liability, Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Trucking Liability, Appraisal and Umpiring, AUP (Appraisal Under the Policy).
