Tyler Branham is a goal oriented and process driven Software Development professional with experience in varying levels of Business Operations and Technology. Prior to joining the J.S. Held team Tyler worked as the Software Systems Architect for the world’s largest dental consulting company, The Scheduling Institute. Throughout his career in the software development industry Tyler has been a full stack Software Engineer, a Systems Integrations Specialist, Project Manager, and Development Team Director. He has experience leading local and international software development teams using numerous development methods such as: Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, Joint Application Development, and others.
Tyler has lead and developed numerous software projects in his career. These opportunities have given him the chance to create technology solutions for call center automations, end to end sales pipelines, event management, large scale data migrations, goal tracking apps, and customer feedback systems. Tyler also has experience in Information Technology with networking systems, local hardware setup and configuration, and phone system integration.
In addition to working at J.S. Held Tyler is the COO of his own Non-Profit Organization, and he has a successful career in the music industry. Tyler has appeared on radio and television numerus times and has worked in several studios as a music producer. He is a proud graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) in Marietta, Ga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
