Timothy Allison specializes in forensic engineering and structural investigations. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Allison provides consulting and expert services for claims investigations, construction defect investigations, building envelope evaluations, and presentations and educational outreach for industry professionals.
Mr. Allison has experience spanning a wide variety of project types, including as-built condition assessments; vehicle impacts to residences; commercial buildings and warehouses; tornado, flood, and hurricane evaluations; and fire, explosion, earthquake, and severe weather event investigations. He has presented educational outreach and continuing education seminars to architects, engineers, construction tradespeople, claims professionals, and others associated with the structural and forensic industries.
Mr. Allison has been involved in project management, onsite investigations, and cost estimate review. He has extensive involvement in assignments throughout the U.S. and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including malls, warehouses, churches, hotels, food distribution centers, golf course facilities and structures, custom residences, subdivisions and neighborhoods, and restaurants/bars/clubs.
