Thomas M. Brown III joined J.S. Held in 2010 as a construction and reconstruction consultant, specializing in construction estimating, claim cost analysis, emergency services analysis, and drone inspections. Thomas has worked on many large scale and complex insurance claims including churches, convents, historical buildings, airports, malls, universities, hospitals, casinos, penitentiaries, military housing, waste and water treatment, and high-rise residential and professional buildings.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Thomas was the Operations Manager for Penn Warehousing and Distribution, Inc. and Horizon Stevedoring and was responsible for the daily operations of vessel discharge, warehouse operations, and distribution logistics. Thomas brings his management skills as well as national safety regulations and ability to complete projects efficiently and accurately to the construction and reconstruction field.
