Steven Osborn joined J.S. Held in April of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Aquila Forensics. Steven has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in numerous formal disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations and adjudications. Steven specializes in highways and civil engineering projects and has provided complex quantum analysis to ascertain the value of the final account in several major highway-related claims. He has extensive commercial knowledge working for subcontractors, contractors, and employers on various civil and infrastructure projects.
Steven’s experience covers projects including all aspects of Civil & Infrastructure, from the construction of highways and bridges to marine construction. Over the years, Steven has been involved in all aspects of the business, offering clients advice in cost planning, management of change control, and on-site commercial management with extensive experience on a variety of contract forms, including NEC3, JCT, ICC, ICE & TPC.
Steven is currently studying for his MSC in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London.
