Prior to joining J.S. Held, Steven was training Franchisees of a growing Flooring Franchisor in the Nashville area on the software and procedures of running a National Flooring Franchise using the knowledge he gained while being involved in insurance restoration channel for many years. Steven Nash has twenty years of experience in management and estimating insurance restoration claims, large loss commercial, multi-family, and personal lines. He excels in estimating and project management for large complex losses.
Steven has over twenty years of experience with Xactimate and is Xactimate level 2 certified. He is an Xactimate and Symbility estimating software trainer for his previous employer. He is also proficient with other software’s including Timberline, Simsol and PSA.
Steve graduated with an Aerospace degree from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as an Engineering Degree from Tennessee Technological University.
