Sean Sauder joined J.S. Held in January of 2024 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Forensic Resolutions, Inc.

At Forensic Resolutions, Sean was actively engaged in assisting members of the team with complex financial matters in dispute. His expertise includes investigating, evaluating, and quantifying all aspects of financial disputes and commercial litigation such as lost profits, subrogation claims, disruption claims as well as individual and corporate fraud investigations. He also has experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

Sean graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and with a focus on Forensic Accounting. At Widener, he was a student member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. His coursework included Criminal Justice, Fraud Examination, Accounting Information Systems, Auditing, Federal Income Taxes, Quantitative Analysis, as well as Financial and Managerial Accounting, among others.
