Scott Jones is a licensed engineer with over four years of experience in post-construction forensic engineering involving structural and building envelope systems.
Scott has worked on various residential and commercial projects as a forensic engineer. Scott’s work has included, but is not limited to, cause and origin assessments of structural failures; damage assessments to structures resulting from fires, impacts, and weather events; building envelope and source of moisture investigations; post-flood examination; and the evaluation of construction defects and building code compliance.
As a Professional Engineer, Scott works on both residential and commercial projects. His role consists of evaluating the cause and scope of structural damage, evaluating building envelope assemblies, and conducting building code analyses for existing and planned structures.
