Sam Dudley joined J.S. Held in April of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Aquila Forensics.
Sam has over 20 years of experience as a chartered quantity surveyor and quantum expert, working on high-value, complex construction dispute resolution, including international arbitrations, mediation, litigation, and adjudications. She has had significant experience assisting quantum experts in carrying out technical analysis for disputes across a wide range of sectors and industries including infrastructure, marine, airports, residential buildings and defective cladding remediation works.
She also has extensive hands-on experience working on-site for contractors in the tunneling, residential, highways, and infrastructure sectors, carrying out commercial roles, including budget planning, contract management, negotiation, strategy, claims management, and final account negotiation.
