Prior to joining J.S. Held, Ryan worked for Clark Construction Group and Mark G. Anderson Consultants (MGAC). During his time at Clark, a nationwide general contractor, Ryan developed budgets for owners and potential clients in Preconstruction Services and as a trade manager for a large public assembly project in Operations. At MGAC, Ryan worked as an Owner’s Representative providing oversight and coordination for the planning, permitting, and construction of projects.
Ryan is a Senior Project Manager in the Builder’s Risk practice group, providing analysis of construction claims services all types of construction projects. This may include review and analysis of claimed costs and delays, preparation of valuations, and/or defining period of restoration schedules.
