Offering over two decades in the construction industry, Robert Pumphrey is a construction cost and disaster recovery expert providing consulting services to insurance companies, independent adjustment firms, and the legal community following facilities damage caused by catastrophe. Robert’s project experience includes restoration, reconstruction, mitigation, new construction, remodeling, multi-family and commercial/industrial projects.
In addition to many years of consulting, Robert’s experience includes management of the mid-Atlantic office of a global restoration contractor, as well as Project Executive managing a federally funded, state run multi-billion dollar program to rebuild over 12,000 homes on the New Jersey coast following Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
