Reid is a registered Engineer-in-Training with three years of experience in the engineering and construction industry in the northeast United States. His experience includes managing complex projects and construction cost assessments.
Prior to J.S. Held, Reid spent three years at a land development engineering and environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental and geotechnical engineering. His experience includes roles as a field and senior staff engineer for commercial and industrial real estate and infrastructure development projects in the New York City metropolitan area and across the northeast.
As a consultant to the construction industry, Reid has advised on projects across multiple sectors, including process and industrial plants, power and utilities, mixed-use commercial and residential developments, distribution centers, and social infrastructures such as healthcare and education facilities.
Reid is a Consultant in the Construction Advisory Practice of J.S. Held focusing on dispute resolution services as well as consulting related services to contractors and owners on process improvement, forensic investigations, revenue recognition, and project management.
