Rama has more than two decades of experience in various disciplines of HR with her current role focused on building a pipeline of future leaders, HR Integration, Change and Communications for Global M&A Deals and Talent Strategy Enterprise Architecture.

Rama is a certified competency architect and executive coach, with specialties in Strategy, Boundary spanning leadership, Executive Presence and Communication and has coached and taught over 10,000 executives across the globe.

Throughout her extensive experience, she has led global, high-performing teams and has extensively worked on outcome based and scalable career architecture, performance management and role-based development. She is also a six-sigma master blackbelt and has guided as well as implemented several process improvement and process reengineering projects over the span of her career.
