Priscilla Fermin serves as Talent Acquisition Coordinator for J.S. Held. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Priscilla worked in the staffing industry handling every aspect of a company’s staffing needs by combining both recruiting and human resource functions to fully serve the client. Currently, Priscilla provides support to the Talent Acquisition team in finding the best talent for roles in all disciplines of the organization, as well as support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires. Priscilla holds a M.S. in Human Resource Management with a minor in Labor Relations from Mercy College.
